1. Scope and conclusion of contract

These terms apply to advertisements, premium placements, Leaders Portraits, podcast episodes, online features, packages and copy allocations in the Premium Leaders Magazine. They apply to businesses only.

The contracting party is Premium Leaders Club Germany GmbH, Gießereistraße 6, 83022 Rosenheim, Germany. PLC Media is an offering and brand of Premium Leaders Club Germany GmbH.

A booking via the form is an offer to us. The contract is concluded upon our written order confirmation.

Member prices apply with an active membership or from the start of the membership booked in a bundle.

2. Services and placement

Premium placements are awarded once per issue in the order of the order confirmations. If the title ad is booked, the cover ads are no longer available. With the title ad, the magazine name, PLC logo and editorial cover lines remain in place.

Placement commitments in the editorial section only apply as stated in the order confirmation.

Leaders Portraits, podcasts and online features are produced by the editorial team. They are labelled as advertisements; one correction round is included. The client may use the features in its own channels, citing the source.

Proof of performance: after publication, the client receives a voucher copy and the links to all online publications of the booking by email.

The publisher may reject content that violates the law or the interests of the club.

If the publisher designs an advertisement on the client's behalf, we charge €120 net per ad. This includes one draft and one correction round. Additional work is charged by arrangement.

3. Deadlines and print data

Ads and cover pages (IFC/IBC/OBC): booking deadline 6 weeks before publication, print data 14 days before publication.

Title ad and cover ads: booking deadline 8 weeks, motif 5 weeks, approval 3 weeks before publication.

Leaders Portrait: booking deadline 8 weeks, interview up to 6 weeks, approval up to 3 weeks before publication.

Technical: PDF/X-4, 300 dpi, 3 mm bleed, text at least 10 mm from the edge and gutter, double pages as two single pages.

In the event of late or defective data, the price remains payable.

4. Prices, payment, cancellation and liability

The 2027 media kit price list applies, net plus VAT, in EUR or CHF (prices in CHF: euro price plus 15 %, rounded up to the next CHF 50), valid for issues until 31 December 2027.

Invoicing upon publication; for portraits and packages 50 % upon order confirmation. Payment term 14 days.

Cancellation in text form: free of charge until the booking deadline (premium placements and packages 25 %), thereafter until 4 weeks before publication 50 %, thereafter 100 %.

Advance payment and cancellation rules apply per service component: for print relative to the issue's publication date, for online features and podcast episodes relative to the agreed publication period. The membership included in bundles is governed exclusively by the membership terms of the Premium Leaders Club.

Liability: unlimited for intent, gross negligence and personal injury; otherwise limited to foreseeable, typical damage. The client indemnifies the publisher against third-party claims arising from supplied content.

5. Intermediaries and agencies

Intermediaries refer clients; the client remains the contracting party. The referral commission does not reduce the client price.

Agencies book in the name and on behalf of their client. Double remuneration is excluded.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Munich, to the extent legally permissible.
