2.1 Visiting the website and server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and operating system). This is necessary to provide the website securely. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stability and security).

2.2 Booking form

If you use the booking form, we process your company and contact data (company, address, VAT ID, contact person, email, phone) and your booking details in order to handle the booking request and perform the contract. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

2.3 Login for authorised users

For authorised users of the internal dashboard, we process email address, name and login data to provide access (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR).

2.4 Sending emails

After a booking request, we send you an acknowledgement by email. We use an email service provider that processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).

2.4a Newsletters

You can subscribe to two newsletters separately: the Premium Leaders Club Media newsletter and the Premium Leaders Club newsletter. Consent is stored separately for each newsletter and can be withdrawn for each newsletter.

Both newsletters are sent by Premium Leaders Club Germany GmbH, Gießereistraße 6, 83022 Rosenheim, Germany, as controller; Premium Leaders Club Media is its business unit for the magazine. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

If you subscribe to the media newsletter, we process your email address and, voluntarily, first name, last name and company in order to send you information about new issues, dates and offers for advertisers. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

We use the double opt-in procedure: after subscribing you receive an email with a confirmation link (valid for 7 days). You are only added once you click it. To prove your consent, we log the time and IP address of the subscription and the confirmation as well as the wording and version of the consent text for each newsletter (Art. 6 (1) (c) in conjunction with Art. 7 (1) GDPR).

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, via the unsubscribe link in every email or by email to office@premium-leaders.media. After unsubscribing, we only keep your address to the extent necessary to prove the earlier consent.

2.5 Hosting and database

The website and database are operated via Lovable Cloud (Lovable, technically based on Supabase). Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place.

2.6 Fonts

The font “Figtree” is hosted locally on our server. No connection to Google servers is established when visiting the public pages.

2.7 Cookies

We only use technically necessary storage for the login session of authorised users. There is no tracking and no analytics.

3. Disclosure to third parties

Data is only disclosed to third parties where necessary to perform the contract, where we are legally obliged to do so, or where processors act on our behalf.

4. Storage period

We store personal data for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Booking and contract data is subject to the commercial and tax retention periods of 6 and 10 years respectively.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).

This website uses TLS encryption for the transmission of all data.
